“Two Princes that adore you that come again now”
Two princes ride through the garden gate,
Moon-kissed armor, hearts elate—
Stars tilt down in silvery throng,
For you, the center of every song.
First, the prince with laughter’s light,
Hair like cornfields, golden-bright,
He brings wildflowers in his hand,
Woven from dreams, sun-warmed sand.
He speaks in riddles, soft and fair,
Spins you round, a waltz in air—
Promises worlds that shimmer, bend,
Sunrise beginnings that never end.
Second, the prince with midnight eyes,
Cool as dusk, wise as skies—
He crafts you verses inked with truth,
Ancient as stars, sharp as youth.
He plays the lute when twilight falls,
His voice, a hush through echoing halls.
He knows your secrets, guards their thread,
Gathers your wishes beside your bed.
Now, again the princes two
Return on dawn’s unbending blue—
Years span out, you wait, you pine,
Between their hearts, a golden line.
No kingdom grand, nor vault of gold
Can match the tales that you’ve been told
By two who love with everything—
Prince of laughter, prince who sings.
So open wide your dreaming gate—
For love, said poets, is never late.
Two princes come, as in the past,
With vows that grow and roses that last.
You need not choose, the stories say—
For you are loved, come what may.
