“Graduating high school, family, future dreams, values, comfort of nature”
The sun melts gold across the old school lawn,
Caps toss like birds that greet the coming dawn.
Behind me halls where laughter laced the years,
Ahead, the world—fresh hope, a ghost of fears.
My family’s arms, a harbor warm and deep,
Their voices echo in the dreams I keep:
Be true, be kind, let honesty take hold—
Their gentle lessons brighter than pure gold.
The future calls, a path through woods unknown,
I walk with courage grown from seeds well-sown;
And when I stumble, doubt, or lose my way,
Nature consoles me at the end of day.
Beneath the willow, quiet, green and tall,
I find the strength to listen to it all—
The wind that stirs the grass, the whispering pine,
Remind me earth’s great heart still welcomes mine.
So on I go, with values pressed to chest,
Family’s hopes and memory’s gentle rest.
Diploma in my hand, the sky my chart—
Guided by love, and nature in my heart.
