“gay love”
Between the hush of city lights and dawn,
Two gentle hands entwine, as if to say
Our hearts are one, though paths are seldom drawn
To meet so simply in the light of day.
The world—a mosaic, colors pushed apart—
Yet here, the blues and golds dissolve their lines,
Two voices weaving, softly, heart to heart,
A quiet song uncoiling from the pines.
In midnight parks, their laughter fills the air,
Confessions brave as roses under rain;
No shame can linger in the love they share—
Just sunlight blooming, golden through each pain.
Let storybooks be written, truth and all,
Of boys who dance with boys beneath the moon,
Of girls whose kindness, bright and magical,
Will teach the world that love is never “soon”—
It’s always here, in every open glance,
In every hope as fragile as a dove.
Within each soul is given, not by chance,
The bold, unquenchable right to love.
