In the morning, rise and shine,  
Grab your fork—it’s breakfast time!  
Crunchy apples, berries sweet,  
Milk and eggs, what a treat!  

A rainbow salad on your plate,  
Carrots, peas, let’s celebrate!  
Juicy oranges, broccoli trees,  
Eat them up with joy and ease.  

Healthy food is super fuel,  
Gives you energy for school.  
Sharp and bright, your mind will glow,  
When you eat good things, you’ll grow!  

Strong in body, strong in mind,  
Learning new things all the time.  
Healthy habits help you thrive—  
Choose good food, feel alive!  

So remember, every day,  
Make healthy choices as you play.  
Eat, grow strong, and you will see—
