Eat healthy, grow strong, learn well each day—  
Let sunshine and spinach both guide your way.  
Sweet berries for breakfast, bright carrots at noon,  
Green gardens of promise that grow by the moon.

A mind nourished kindly, with apples and peas,  
Can puzzle through problems as quick as the breeze.  
Your muscles find magic in oats or brown rice;  
With broccoli muscles, who needs any spice?

Strong bones filled with yogurt and milk’s gentle cheer,  
Will jump ever higher, will leap without fear.  
Your heart, like an engine, runs steady and long,  
With nuts, seeds, and kindness—it hums a true song.

So open your lunchbox to color and cheer;  
A rainbow of choices makes futures appear!  
Eat healthy, grow strong, let wisdom unfurl—
