“Eat healthy, grow strong ,learn well”

Eat crisp apples, and broccoli trees,  
Taste garden colors in every bite,  
Let sunlit carrots and leafy greens  
Paint your plate with morning light.  

Drink clear water, cool and pure,  
Let it sing through your busy day,  
Choose whole bread and golden grains,  
To fuel your mind and let you play.  

Strong bones grow with every sip  
Of milk so white or yogurt's swirl,  
Mighty muscles flex and leap  
As you run and jump and twirl.

Learning blooms with food so kind,  
A brain that’s fed will read and spell,  
Bright ideas begin to shine  
When you eat healthy, grow strong, learn well.
