“Diamonds, drizzle,-cusp of a breath, untold and- dissipate into eternity, eskew, little untold thought”

Diamonds, drizzle—on cusp of a breath—
Shimmer and vanish, not marked by a step,
The world, half-whispered, slides under the sky,
Its secrets uncurl where grey vapors lie.

Eskew, those illusions of crystal and spark,
A little untold thought, afloat in the dark,
Pearled on the margins of morning’s soft hem,
Evaporates quiet—the world forgets them.

Each wish, dew-spangled, flickers then fleets
Into the hush where infinity greets
A hush that is endless, a shimmer, a sigh—
They dissipate gently, not asking us why.

So hold, in the drizzle, and let diamonds gleam—
The cusp of a breath births the soul of a dream.
Untold and unsounded, the thought slips away—
Eternal, evasive, at edge of the day.
